Happy Vendor Talk Tuesday!
This week we got invited to spend some time at the Best Western in Leamington with Sales Manager, Amy. We had a chance to tour the facility and chat with Amy about all of the fun things they do at the Best Western. We even got to take a peek at three of their guest suites (they are gorgeous by the way)!
Q: What type of events do you host here at the Best Western?
A: We host a large variety of events including weddings, fundraisers, baby and bridal showers, and more! We try to make everything possible, whatever your event needs may be.
Q: Do you do your own catering? A: Yes, we do have a Red Seal Certified Chef, that can create a custom menu for your event! We offer buffet, family style, and plated services.
Q: What kind of spaces do you have? A: We have our large ballroom, our smaller event room, and we are on a very large property meaning we can host beautiful outdoor events as well. One event can book all three spaces, or we can host three separate events at a time. You may choose to book our outdoor space, and one of our event rooms as a ‘backup’ or to utilize for a cocktail party. Having multiple indoor spaces is also great for any conferences, or workshops to take place.
Q: Do you have discounts for guests choosing to stay at the hotel?
A: Yes! You get a personalized link for your guests to book through, which will provide them with a discount. Guests will also have access to our hotel facilities which include our beautiful atrium with pool tables, ping pong, basketball, and more; along with our pool and waterslide.
Q: What sets your venue apart from others?
A: We are truly a one stop shop for any kind of event. Your guests (and you) can stay at the hotel, and not have to rush on the day(s) of your event. We also offer catering, and basic planning details. If there is something we don’t specialize in, we will direct you to someone who can help you, and who has worked within our venue previously.
The Best Western in Leamington is undoubtedly an incredible venue. As soon as you walk through the door you feel a calming sense, and are instantly surrounded by friendly faces.
